    In Schallstadt, an idyllic village five kilometers south of Freiburg/Germany, the “PlusEnergy climate houses” are being built on a plot of about 4,500 m². The client and architect is the solar pioneer Rolf Disch. The row of buildings, about 115 m long, is divided into four individual houses – with 83 residential units, four stores and a total of 7,200 m² of living and usable space..

    The residential complex “Beim Nëssert” in Ahn/Luxembourg is located in a protected natural environment. Between the river and the vineyards, the Luxembourg Moselle offers beautiful moments of tranquility and change of scenery. The region is characterized by its magnificent views of nature and the many outdoor activities that can be enjoyed here.

Residence “Alhena” in Luxembourg City – Luxury Penthouses / Exclusive Apartments

  • Location
    Designed in collaboration with the architectural firm Tatiana Fabeck, the residence “Alhena” includes 23 apartments and is located in the heart of the residential district of Mühlenbach/Luxembourg. It is built on a plot of about 17 ares. Located near Place Dargent, with a bus stop right in front of the building, you can easily reach the Limpertsberg neighborhoods, the city center and the Kirchberg.
  • Residenz “Alhena”
    The large floor-to-ceiling windows in combination with the spacious loggias, terraces and balconies ensure maximum light and a feel-good atmosphere in the apartments. Top-floor luxury penthouse apartments with an open and continuous floor plan provide exceptional living quality in a central location.
  • Low-energy standard
    The residence complies with the so-called “low-energy standard” and offers the following features:
    Energy efficiency class – “A”
    Insulation class – “A
    Environmental compatibility class – “A”.

  • Project
    In Karlsruhe/Germany, Vollack is realizing the new working environment for the IT service provider generic.de in an advanced wood hybrid construction. The building is energetically optimized and will be constructed in passive house standard. The new two-, partly three-story building with a gross floor area of around 3,300 square meters will provide 110 workplaces in the future. The corporate principle ‘Clean Code Development’, according to which generic.de AG develops its sustainable software, is not only reflected in the slogan, but also in the construction method: Here, as in software development, the main focus is fully on sustainability. With its significant architecture in the form of a bar code, which mirrors the signet in the generic.de logo, the building deliberately turns away from the orthogonal and thus creates a connection with the surrounding residential and commercial development as well as an adjacent sports field.

We are uncompromising in the product we offer:
ENERsign®primus elements with at least triple glazing with a U-value glass of 0.52 W/m²K and a g-value of 53%. Other designs and special glasses are available on request.

The U-value window is also called heat transfer coefficient and according to the standard DIN EN 10077 it indicates the amount of thermal energy lost through a window to the outside.

The U-value window is calculated using the formula W/(m²K), i.e. watts per square metre and Kelvin. This value refers to the entire window and defines the amount of energy per unit of time that flows through an area of one square meter when the air temperature on both sides differs by one Kelvin. The lower this value is, the less energy or heat the window emits.
